Data Deletion Instructions

Email missioncontrol@the-radar.net with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address, business name, app connection, phone sender, or other details needed to identify the record.

We will acknowledge the request, verify that the requester is allowed to act for the relevant person or business, then delete or anonymize the data that we are no longer required to keep.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, billing, dispute, or audit reasons.

Some records are controlled by third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, or a customer's own connected systems. If the data is controlled outside TheRadar, we will either delete our copy or explain where the requester should direct the platform-level request.
