When you use TheRadar or AelosX, we may collect contact details, waitlist answers, messages you send to our agents, business profile information, integration settings, sender setup details, template metadata, delivery status, replies, and audit records needed to operate the service.

For WhatsApp-related onboarding, this can include information connected to a business portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, message template, and the status of sender registration or message delivery.

We use this information to run the service, answer requests, configure customer workflows, route approved messages, troubleshoot delivery, keep security and audit records, and improve the product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer WhatsApp content to build unrelated advertising profiles.

We use service providers only where they are needed to operate the product. That may include hosting, email, analytics, customer support, Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, and other communications or integration providers selected for a customer's workflow.

Customers are responsible for having the right consent and legal basis before they ask AelosX to message their own customers.
